We require an addition to our existing customer / transactional database ( Access 2007) to enable transaction to include fees if it outside of area or no fees if other option selected. I also wish to add on an accounting function to include margin / profit / holding balances for each of our accounts/
To explain in detail we are an FX remittance company so the transaction is purchased at one rate and we sell at another hence the margin i need the accounting function to capture all this and also record fees / expenses as such.
We also will require reports of amounts purchased that day vrs what sold to work out profit and so on please monthly reports.
