I am a real estate appraiser and I am looking for an assistant to take my field notes and transcribe them into a custom software package.
- The handwritten notes would need to be transcribed into a custom software package (think MS word with fields for free style writing and checkboxes to fill in)
- photo's of the property need to be imported and labeled
-a sketch of the dwelling is done in the field and needs to be drawn / labeled in the supplied drawing program
-zoning (allowable legal use) needs to be verified (typically via website access with the Subject property identified on the map AND/or e-mails sent to the government asking for clarification)
-In the course of inputting the field notes deficiencies in the dwelling (items in need of repair / items not complete) need to be footnoted and crossed referenced with pictures.
Additionally someone with some basic accounting knowledge with be an asset to help setup and/or maintain basic accounting books.
Knowledge of Excel .
