Excel Data Charting and graph Assignment
Total Occurrences between the hours of 9am-5pm (during normal business hours) Monday thru Friday
Total All times after normal business hours to include Weekends. You must determine what days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The data is given in date and time only. Do not use the title of the items in your data set only the total for each specific day is necessary.
Total the number of times that occur during normal business hours per each day, and do not include weekends. Then total the total number of times that occur outside of the normal business hours of 9am -5pm to include weekends. Create a two bar graph to represent the data with total occurrences per each day, one graph is for the normal business hours shift, and the other graph is for the after normal business hours shift. Do not use the title in your data set only the specific total for each day.
Example for During Normal Business Hours
Monday total occurrences during 9-5 hours - ?
Tuesday total occurrences during 9-5 hours
Wednesday total occurrences during 9-5 hours
Thursday total occurrences during 9-5 hours
Friday total occurrences during 9-5 hours
(Do not include weekends for during normal business hours)
Example for Outside of Normal Business Hours
Monday total occurrences after hours or outside of the 9-5 shift
Tuesday total occurrences after hours or outside of the 9-5 shift
Wednesday total occurrences after hours or outside of the 9-5 shift
Thursday total occurrences after hours or outside of the 9-5 shift
Friday total occurrences after hours or outside of the 9-5 shift
Saturday total occurrences
Sunday total occurrences
There is another section that there is not time in that section you must create the data just by the day. Also must be separated from the other two mentioned above, and also create bar graph for occurrences by the day. Do not use the title of the item in your data set only the total per each day, and only the totals for each day is necessary for the graph as well.
Must be neat and organized, easy to read for analysis. The goal of this assignment is to determine probability of day shift occurrences juxtapose to probability of after hours occurrences.
The total budget is $60 shouldn't take an experience freelancer no more than 3 hours. The project tedious but is not difficult.
