We require a freelance developer who can create a basic (but bespoke) CRM or workflow spreadsheet, which will allow multiple users to update the progess of our orders and customer accounts. We would need to input customer details and order numbers, update financial and administrative criteria and operational schedules. To date we have been using excel spreadsheets to monitor sales, cash, customers, operations, admin etc. individually. We have now grown to a size where we would now like to amalgamate each of these spreadsheets and allow for each user to make changes at the same time.
We feel that we will eventualy need to move to an off the shelf CRM such as ACT! or Sales Force but require something to help us manage our customer accounts in the meantime.
