I need to analyse the churn of our member and need to have some reporting done and users tranferred from excel spreadsheets to an access database.
The Database must merge all members of each years (now kept in seperate spreadsheets) into a single record listing each member and what years they were members.
We must have some basic reports that will show new members for each year and lost members for each year. These must be able to be filtered by category of their membership so we can run a report that will show churn of different memberships, for example Junior membership or Senior Membership as opposed to all memberships.
We must also be able to see returning members, i.e. members who were member, then left and returned 2 years later. These must not be shown as New Members.
This is for a sports club and must be low price budget as not for profit.
