Female Phone & Email Support Coordinator required for Multiple Brands Online

Possess Perfect English Speaking Skills Has experience handling Email Collaborations, And is familiar with filing Data reports for daily operations. She would be handling incoming inquiries from clients and customers across the globe. We will provide her with our Process & Logic Flows required to handle the incoming traffic. We welcome teams or individuals who can deliver the same. Since the incoming traffic will be from different brands and thus will have different Process Flows. The Project requires advanced handling of phone calls and following the SOP - Standard Operating Procedure. We will forward the Toll Free Numbers IVR to Her SIP / Landline / Mobile. She would be required to report in everyday with a detailed report of the day's operation. We would like someone who is a great listener and is dedicated towards the mutual objectives. If everything works out, we will consider her to work long term for the same. So bid the Per Hour accordingly, keeping in mind that the project would change to a long term one. Regards
