Either you have a second source - an order export, invoices, a POS report - and this is a lookup keyed on an ID. Or the quantity is implied by what's already in the sheet, say a line total divided by unit price. Those are different jobs. The first is matching and reconciliation. The second is derivation, and it needs rounding rules and a decision about what happens when the division doesn't come out clean. Tell me which and I'll start. If it's the second, expect me to flag the row where the arithmetic implies 3.4 units rather than quietly rounding it to 3 and moving on. How I work: I don't hand-type into cells. I match programmatically, then diff the finished sheet against your original to confirm nothing outside the Quantity column moved and no existing formula was overwritten.
