NC4ME connects military talent with employers for interviews during hiring events. Participants commit to attending for the full time and allowing NC4ME set their schedules. Open jobs submitted by ~40 employers are matched against resumes submitted by ~120 registered job seekers. After matching, we go through the laborious process of filling and saving pre-styled interview schedule sheets for each job seeker and employer... We are looking for an Excel developer to help automate this process. Because we leverage people working with the NC Department of Commerce, this must all be done within the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
