Looking for a long term VA -- 2

im looking for a VA who can do 2 jobs for me. to start with it will be 3 hours a week and then depending on how you do ill increase your hours depending on work effort and a few other metrics. if you do really well there will be bonuses.
So what do i need from you, well its 2 really simple jobs.
1. Find something that sells well on ebay, Every week i will expect you to find at least one of these. So what i mean is searching say Aliexpress, looking the item on ebay, working out the fees and postage and if we make a proffit you have done this task. Profit must be 50% or more of the items value.
2. I will send you images of items and titles if i know what they are, you will upload the items with good titles and correct catagorys and images too my site, i will show you how to do this.
So you have 3 hours a week, this should be split into. 30 minutes finding something to sell then 2:30hrs uploading products, products should take no more then 10mins at a time so thats 15 items.
Budget is 3hrs at 2 USD an hour
