Migración de Máquinas Virtuales de Hyper-V hacia VMWare

Estimado, tengo amplia experiencia tanto en Hyper-V como en VMWare, ya he realizado antes migraciones de máquinas virtuales así como P2V, puedo realizarle la migración que necesita, que versiones tiene de Hyper-V y de VMWare? que tipo de Storage usará? el VMWare lo tiene en una única máquina o tiene un cluster? si es un cluster habría que revisar el balanceo de carga en este, Tiene VCenter Server instalado o solo el Host Client? tendríamos que revisar la red virtual que desea tener y si usará características tales como DRS, Afinidad, etc. Si gusta me escribe y revisamos los detalles de lo que necesita, quedo a sus órdenes, saludos cordiales

se debe coordinar en el plan de trabajo el tiempo máximo de indisponibilidad que se puede tener con estas maquinas virtuales, para así determinar cuantas mv se pueden migrar por día, adicional se requieren saber los tamaños y los tiempos de backup por cada MV.
