I would like to know the below. - Where will the Excel/CSV files live (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams/local), and how often do you need refreshes? - Which exact completion metrics and rules do you use (e.g., System, Subsystem, Tag, Punch closed) and what defintion means “complete”? I think we should. - Normalize the data model (Systems, Subsystems, Tags, Punches, Status History) and keep a simple data dictionary to avoid drift. - Enable incremental refresh and parameterized file paths; use Power Automate to validate schema before load for reliablity. Lets follow a plan like this. - I review sample files and confirm KPIs, grain, and naming. - I build Power Query steps and an Automate flow to ingest/validate new files. - I design clear BI pages: overall progress, system drilldowns, punch backlogs, trends. - I test edge cases, setup scheduled refresh, and deliver a short admin guide and PBIX.
