Mobile Application Data Scraping Expert Required

Our client wishes to have a solution that would pull lead data (contact name, address, etc.) from multiple instances of a lead generation upon inquiry, meaning that once an inquiry is made/notification received, the data would be scraped and sent to the CRM via API, where it is processed. Details provided upon verification of capabilities. Note: we will not entertain using the API call function offered by the provider due to time delays. The expectation is that the whole process takes only a few seconds from the time the lead is generated until the lead is in the CRM system.
