Project 2: For scraping the data, if official APIs are available for any exchanges, I'd prefer to use those because it's going to be more stable. Scrape from your proxy server, when there's no API. VWMA/VWAP crossovers is an ordinary technical indicator logic, which you provide me exact thresholds for, and I will code. Profit taking, scaling out and trail stop logic are all implemented using rules engine, based on your signals, and logging to Google Sheets and Telegram will be easy to implement.
