I'm looking for an Google Sheet expert to create a dashboard that visualizes our operational data. The main focus will be on performance efficiency metrics. We are an interpreting and translation company and want to create an application tracker using Google Forms and CRM data (copied manually). The dashboard should display language-level staffing information with tiles showing Language, Needed, Applied, Hired, and Active, along with a dropdown to filter by language. Needed is calculated as (total CRM appointments × 6) + total “No” in “Is This Interpreter Active?” and shows green above 95% coverage. Applied shows total Google Form submissions and turns yellow if below 75% of Needed. Hired counts all “Yes” entries from the form and turns red if below 50% of Needed. Active counts interpreters marked “Yes” in the active field. Conditional formatting should update automatically when a language is selected, and the dashboard must be read-only. Data from the Google Form populates the main page for recruiters to add payments and notes; if Hired is “Yes,” the record moves to the Hired tab, if “No” to Prospective, and if “Following Up,” it stays on the main page.
