We recently upgraded servers and I made attempts to install the software to the new server with no luck. The software is Microsoft Business Contact Manager database tool which the full installation can be seen here:

I have installed SQL Express 2008 and BCM as per the instructions above but I cannot get the database to work. SQL Express installs fine with creating the database “BSSMLBIZ” and BCM works to the point of being able to create a new database, restoring a backed up file to this new database but I cannot access it from the local computers. By using the BCM database tool, you are supposed to be able to “share” the database which should open the correct ports and firewall to allow workstations to access it. I am unable to do so.
I need this troubleshooting immediately and work can be completed upon immediate availability via webex or remote desktop.
