I have a database already designed in Goldmine Premium CRM 9.2
It is only partly functional. I need to be able to determine which 'user profiles' are able to see contacts/leads that have been allocated a particular status. see below example:
A contact with the status 'lead' should only seen by Junior Broker (and Administrator)
A contact with the status 'brochure' should only seen by Senior Broker (and Administrator)
When a Junior Broker had a succeed call, and sent out information to the contact, the lead should be changed to 'Brochure'
When a Senior Broker has made a sale, the lead should be changed to 'Client'
As well as needing help making these changes to the existing database, we like to see how this is done to be able to make future changes by ourself.
This will be done by you logging in to our system.
Please only reply if you're familiar with this system/software and know how to change these security settings.
