PerfexCRM Dual Invoices & Hebrew Calendar

I’m running PerfexCRM and need two improvements that will streamline our daily workflow: 1. Separate invoice sequences • “Donation Receipt” must generate its own running number series. • “Regular Receipt” should follow a completely different sequence. I’m undecided on whether each series should reset annually or roll forward forever, so I’ll look to you for the best-practice recommendation and the logic to back it up. 2. Hebrew calendar support (similar to Kaluach) The CRM should display and work with Hebrew dates for: • Event scheduling inside the calendar and project modules • Fast Gregorian↔Hebrew date conversion on any date field • Automatic holiday reminders so our team can plan around them Whether this is coded as a tightly integrated feature or delivered as a detachable module is flexible; propose whichever route will keep updates and maintenance smooth. Please base your solution on PerfexCRM’s PHP / CodeIgniter core and keep all existing functionality intact. Deliver clean, well-documented code and a short README explaining installation, configuration, and any database changes. I’ll test by: • Creating both receipt types and confirming independent, correctly incrementing numbers • Switching between Gregorian and Hebrew views, checking conversions and holiday alerts • Verifying no conflicts with future Perfex upgrades If you have relevant experience with Perfex customisations or Hebrew calendar libraries, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this.
