Offline Bar Stock System

I need a simple, reliable, fully-offline programme that lets me stay on top of everything behind the bar—stock coming in, pegs poured, issues recorded, and the real-time balance that’s left on the shelf. The core has to cover three areas seamlessly: inventory tracking, day-to-day sales tracking, and supplier management. Most of what I handle is mixed drinks, so the database must let me break a single bottle into pegs or recipe portions and then deduct those automatically whenever a sale is logged. Think clear opening counts, automatic closing counts, and a mismatch alert when physical stock and system numbers drift apart. For suppliers I want the basics: contact details stored beside each order, a running order history, and the option to trigger a low-stock alert that prepares a reorder list I can sign off. All of this must run locally on my Windows machine—no cloud connection, no subscription. Exportable reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) in PDF or Excel will let me share figures quickly with my accountant.
