Tensorflow to Conv2dTranspose same padding

Job Description:
I need help with a port of a small gan model from tensorflow to pytorch.
In detail i think the biggest problem is the Conv2DTranspose with the 'same' padding mode,
goal is to have both tf and pytorch model output to be nearly identical.
If you can solve this asap I will make the tip of $10.
