Delphi coder to make changes to script

I have the sourcecode for a program which automatically captures google images from a list which is entered by pasting into the application. I would like the script adjusting so it takes a more useful section of the screen as you can see in my uploaded images. I also require to be able to enter a word which will be added to the end of all the words in the input list and then the image taken useing the combination of words. for example - the word i want to add to the end is "new year" and my input list is british american german then the output will be screen shots of "british new year" "american new year" "german new year" Hope that makes sense. let me know if you have questions
