windows fax server proxy service

Job Description:

This service should poll specific path ,

forward files from 'outbox' path to windows fax server and insert incoming faxes into 'inbox' path

should be written in Delphi XE2

works as a service for xp and up (including windows server versions)

should work AND CHECKED with windows fax server of all versions (xp,7,8,2003,2008.2011,2013)

auto detect windows fax server preference, no manual configuration for archive path etc..

method to install/uninstall service

method to update windows fax server settings ( enable send/ receive , answer after X rings, tsid,csid)

poll outbox path for xml file includes phone num,filename (tif or pdf)

when find xml file forward the fax to windows fax server

update xml with the current status(waiting,sending page x,failed.... , when done move to sent path

insert incoming fax to inbox path (create xml file + tif file)

create events for ,new incoming fax, send status update

update current status(as appears in fax monitor) into fixed xml file

tray item icon with user interface to perform (install/uninstall service,edit settings)

read xml file with settings

method to refresh status for situation where the service was down while there was fax activity

(loop over the last X faxes and verify all files are updated)

path structure

fax\inbox - path to insert each incoming fax (tif+xml)

fax\outbox - path to poll and forward fax to windows fax server

fax\sent - move files from outbox after sent done
