I need a novel frequency-selective surface that behaves as a dual-band RF absorber at 2.4 GHz and 5.1 GHz while harvesting the captured energy. The very first paper that appears on Google Scholar when you search the project title will serve as the baseline reference; your geometry must be original, not a copy, yet its performance should match or exceed the cited work. Scope • Model, tune, and validate the unique FSS element in CST Studio Suite so it works in both indoor and outdoor settings. • Let the FSS itself handle the energy-conversion task; Rectifier must be impedance matched. • Extract full-wave results—S-parameters, efficiency, phase, and impedance—and package them in native CST files plus clear CSV datasets. • Summarise the design approach, parameter sweeps, and key results in a concise, well-illustrated PowerPoint. Hardware phase (invoiced separately) After simulation sign-off, fabricate a prototype, measure it with a VNA and any required instrumentation, and send back the same set of metrics as plotted figures and raw CSV files. Timeline Everything up to simulation sign-off must be finished within three weeks, with a tolerance of ± 3 days. Hardware delivery will be scheduled immediately afterward and billed on a separate invoice. Acceptance I will consider the job complete when the CST project, CSV/plot files, and explanatory slide deck confirm dual-band absorption and the measured hardware traces fall within 5 % of the simulated S-parameters and efficiency curves.
