An experienced Level 1 tech is needed to provide onsite IT support at a customer location. Technician must speak English and the local language in order to work with the customers offisite support teams.
Technician will be handling desktop and laptop hardware support, along with some software support.
Asset management and tracking.
Ticket monitoring and closure.
