Illustration Line Refinement

I have a cartoon-style illustration that is nearly complete but the line work still feels rough and uneven. I’m looking for someone who can focus purely on line refinement—tightening strokes, smoothing curves, and ensuring consistent weight—while keeping the character and existing colors exactly as they are. The file is currently layered in PSD; happy to provide it as a high-res TIFF or PNG as well if that’s easier for you. Deliverable: • A cleaned, well-balanced line layer returned in PSD (or vector if you prefer), ready for print and web use at 300 dpi. Please share one or two samples where you’ve performed similar illustration adjustments so I can gauge fit. A quick turnaround is appreciated; quality is the priority.
