Consultant with Strong Medical & Dental Clinic Connections (Introductions + Strategy)

We are a digital marketing and review management company seeking an experienced consultant who already has strong relationships within the medical and dental clinic industry in the USA. Our goal is to offer online reputation management, digital marketing, NFC smart card solutions, QR code systems, and patient-engagement tools specifically tailored for medical and dental practices. ⸻ What We Need From You We are not looking for general marketing guidance. We specifically need someone who: • Already has direct contacts or relationships with:  • Medical clinic owners or administrators  • Dental practice owners or office managers  • Healthcare associations or dental associations  • Organizers of healthcare or dental industry events, conferences, or expos • Can provide warm introductions and help us connect with real decision-makers. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Immediate Introductions • Arrange at least 5 warm introductions to medical or dental clinic owners, association leaders, or operational decision-makers. • Help schedule Zoom calls between your contacts and our team so we can present our services. 2. Product Positioning & Offer Design • Help refine service positioning for:  • Review & online reputation management for clinics  • Digital marketing packages for patient growth  • NFC digital business cards & QR-based patient systems • Advise on messaging that resonates with clinic owners and office managers. 3. Event & Industry Guidance • Recommend which medical/dental industry events, expos, and conferences we should:  • Attend  • Sponsor  • Exhibit at • Provide insight into where we can gain the most credibility and visibility. ⸻ Ideal Profile • You currently work with, or have active relationships with, medical providers, dental clinics, or healthcare associations. • You may be:  • A consultant or advisor in the medical or dental industry  • A service provider already working with clinics  • A member, organizer, or partner of a healthcare/dental association • You understand how clinic owners think, their challenges, and what types of offers they respond to. ⸻ Deliverables • Minimum 5 qualified warm introductions (clinic owners, association leaders, or event decision-makers). • Scheduled Zoom meetings between our team and your contacts. • Written or verbal guidance on:  • Positioning our review management, digital marketing, NFC, and QR services  • Recommended medical/dental conferences and events to attend or sponsor — with reasoning ⸻ How to Apply Please include in your proposal: A brief summary of your experience with the medical or dental clinic industry.
