We are looking for an experienced and proactive virtual assistant to support the operations and growth of a flexible workspace business based in Sydney, Australia. This role is not a basic administrative position. We are looking for someone who understands how small businesses operate and can assist across marketing, lead management, CRM organisation and client communication. The ideal candidate should already have experience working with online business systems and supporting marketing or sales processes. Key responsibilities may include: • Responding to customer enquiries via email, website chat and online platforms • Managing leads and opportunities inside CRM systems • Following up enquiries and assisting with lead conversion • Assisting with outbound outreach and occasional cold calls to potential clients • Preparing marketing content for social media, email campaigns and website updates • Supporting digital marketing activities (Google profile updates, social media, directories etc.) • Maintaining and cleaning CRM databases and client records • Assisting with website updates and content management (WordPress or similar) • Helping organise internal systems and workflows Required experience We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience in at least some of the following areas: • Virtual assistant or operations support for a small business • CRM systems and lead management • Marketing content creation and social media • Customer service and online communication • Sales support or lead follow-up • Basic website management Preferred skills Experience with tools such as: • CRM platforms • WordPress • marketing platforms or social media tools • email marketing systems • customer support systems Strong English communication skills are essential. Working arrangement This role will likely begin at 10–20 hours per week and may grow depending on performance and workload. We are looking for someone reliable who can become a long-term operational support partner, not just a task-based assistant.
