Develop Workflow Management Software (React, Python, MongoDB)

I am looking for an experienced development team to create a custom workflow management software called ControllerSD. The software will manage custom-made furniture orders from our online shop and guide them through multiple steps in a workflow plan. Full Documentation of Project Functions needed! Order-Distribution: Assign orders to different production stages and dispatch. 2. Workflow Plan: Manage orders through clear and defined workflow stages. 3. Construction-Distribution: Allocate construction tasks to teams or stations. 4. Order Details and Pick and Packing: View order details and handle pick-and-pack processes. 5. Employee Time Tracking System: Log employee work times and tasks. 6. Employee Schedule: Assign employees to tasks and stations. 7. Employee Time Tracking Sheet: Record detailed time logs for employees. 8. Partlist-Converter and Settings: Convert order details into part lists for production. 9. Statistics (Coming Soon): Build a module to analyze and evaluate various key data points. COLLABORATION REQUIREMENTS: -To ensure smooth and efficient collaboration, the following points are mandatory: 1. A live version of the project must be maintained where daily updates can be reviewed. 2. A GitHub repository must be used, and the latest code must be uploaded daily for review. 3. Daily communication is required to discuss progress, issues, and updates. 4. Strict adherence to agreed deadlines is crucial. Failure to meet deadlines will result in the immediate termination of the project. 5. The code must be well-structured and properly commented throughout. Spaghetti code is not acceptable and will be checked for quality assurance. The project should deliver a user-friendly interface with robust functionality.
