I’m building a small UI that lets operators keep an eye on our battery-charging system in real time. The only job of this web front-end is to monitor battery status, nothing more complex for now, but it has to do that one thing well. Here’s what I need you to surface on screen: the remaining charging time and the battery’s current temperature. The data feed itself is already available in JSON; you can assume an endpoint that returns those two fields plus the battery ID. Your task is to consume that endpoint, refresh the values automatically (every 5–10 seconds is fine), and present the numbers clearly. Because the interface will be opened on desktop workstations, phones and tablets in the workshop, responsive design is essential. A clean Bootstrap-based layout—or Razor components if you prefer Blazor—will work as long as it scales gracefully and touch targets stay usable on smaller screens. Deliverables • Visual Studio solution in ASP.NET (Core 6 / 7 is preferred) • One main status page showing remaining time and temperature, auto-refreshing • Simple configuration file or section for the feed URL and refresh interval • Basic styling so the two metrics remain legible at a glance on any device Once I can run the project locally, point it at our test endpoint, and see the values updating accurately on desktop, mobile and tablet, the job is complete. Feel free to recommend lightweight libraries or frameworks if they speed things up without adding bloat.

Hi, I can build the ASP.NET battery monitor UI to display real-time charging status clearly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The best solution is to create a lightweight ASP.NET Core 6/7 Visual Studio solution with one responsive status page that consumes your JSON endpoint, reads battery ID, remaining charging time, and temperature, then refreshes automatically every 5–10 seconds based on a configurable setting. I’m comfortable with ASP.NET Core, C#, Bootstrap, Razor Pages/Blazor, JSON API consumption, responsive UI, auto-refresh logic, configuration files, and clean Visual Studio project setup. I’ll keep the interface simple and operator-friendly, with large readable metric cards, clear labels, temperature/time display, and graceful error handling if the endpoint is temporarily unavailable. Deliverables will include the full Visual Studio solution, main battery status page, configurable feed URL and refresh interval, basic responsive styling, and setup instructions so you can run it locally and point it to your test endpoint quickly. Best regards Ankit

Hey, I will deliver an ASP.NET Core 7 status page that consumes your JSON endpoint and displays remaining charge time and temperature — auto-refreshing via SignalR so updates push instantly without polling overhead. Configuration for the feed URL and interval will live in appsettings.json. Bootstrap layout with large, glanceable metric cards that stay touch-friendly across devices. Questions: 1) Do you need to monitor multiple battery IDs simultaneously, or one at a time? 2) Are there threshold values for temperature that should trigger a visual alert? This bid is an initial estimate — I will confirm the final cost and timeline once we have walked through the complete requirements together. Looking forward to discussing further. Hi, I can create a responsive ASP.NET UI to monitor battery status in real-time, displaying remaining charging time and battery temperature fetched from a JSON endpoint. The interface will auto-refresh every 5-10 seconds for timely updates on desktops, phones, and tablets in the workshop. I have experience with ASP.NET Core and responsive design. For this project, I would start by consuming the JSON endpoint, implementing auto-refresh logic, and ensuring clear presentation of the metrics. I will focus on a clean Bootstrap-based layout for optimal usability across devices. A key challenge is maintaining legibility on smaller screens while providing accurate real-time updates. I address this by prioritizing responsive design principles and touch-friendly interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience. I will provide a Visual Studio solution in ASP.NET (preferably Core 6/7), a main status page with auto-refresh functionality, a configurable feed URL and refresh interval, and basic styling for clear metric display. Let's discuss the details via chat. Regards,

Hi, "At a glance" is what an operator needs when a battery's heating up and the clock's ticking down. Polling a JSON endpoint every few seconds and keeping temperature and remaining time legible on a shop-floor tablet is the right call for this kind of monitoring tool, no extra complexity needed. I've built ASP.NET Core dashboards before that pull from a live data feed, auto-refresh on a timer, and stay configurable through appsettings rather than hardcoded values. Blazor Server works well for this since it pushes updates without you managing polling logic in JS, and a Bootstrap layout keeps the two key numbers readable whether someone's checking from a desk or walking the floor with a phone. I'd set the feed URL and refresh interval as config values so you can tune them without touching code. Happy to get a working build running locally against your test endpoint quickly so you can confirm it on all your devices. Best regards

Hi, This is a great fit for my experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and real-time dashboard interfaces. I can build a lightweight, responsive monitoring application that consumes your JSON endpoint and displays battery charging time and temperature in a clear, easy-to-read format. The application will automatically refresh at a configurable interval and work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. My recommendation would be ASP.NET Core 8 with Razor Pages or Blazor Server, depending on your preference. The solution will include a simple configuration section for the API endpoint and refresh interval, making it easy to point the application to different environments without code changes. You'll receive: * Visual Studio solution with clean, maintainable code * Responsive status dashboard * Automatic data refresh functionality * Configurable feed URL and refresh interval * Cross-device testing for desktop, tablet, and mobile * README with setup and run instructions I can start immediately and deliver a clean, production-ready solution with minimal dependencies and easy future expansion if additional battery metrics are added later. Looking forward to discussing the project.

Hi, This is AB from United Kingdom. Understanding the need for a real-time battery-charging system monitor, I propose building a responsive ASP.NET Core 6/7 solution. By consuming the JSON data feed with battery status, I will create a clean UI displaying remaining charging time and current temperature. The interface will auto-refresh every 5–10 seconds for accurate updates. Leveraging Bootstrap or Razor components for a scalable layout, I will ensure optimal usability on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Additionally, I will include a configurable section for feed URL and refresh interval settings. For efficient performance, I may suggest lightweight libraries to enhance functionality without compromising speed. Quick technical checks to make sure we're aligned: Q1- Have you considered any specific security requirements for data transmission in the system? Thank you for considering my proposal. Best regards.

Hello I can build a clean, responsive ASP.NET Core (6/7) monitoring dashboard that displays your battery system’s real-time status exactly as required simple, fast, and highly readable across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The UI will focus strictly on the two key metrics: remaining charging time and battery temperature, presented in a clear, operator-friendly layout. I’ll implement automatic polling (5–10s configurable interval) from your JSON endpoint, with a lightweight architecture using Bootstrap for responsive design. The solution will include a Visual Studio-ready project, a configurable settings file for API URL/refresh rate, and a single optimized status page designed for instant readability in workshop conditions. Do you prefer a more industrial dashboard look (high contrast, large digits) or a minimal modern UI style? Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.pk Best regards, Naufal
