Hourly contract — OfficeVector provider portal: conference demo stabilization (.NET 10 + React) NOTE: This contract is for a contractor we have already selected and is not open to other bids. Please do not bid unless you have been invited. ABOUT THE WORK Titronics Software Services builds software for chiropractic practices. OfficeVector (product name: ChiroVector) is our practice-management platform, currently mid-rebuild. We need a stable, presentable end-to-end build ready to demonstrate at a conference in October. The codebase is in good shape — clean architecture, working test suites, active documentation. This is stabilization and completion work, not a rebuild. STACK - API: ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), clean architecture, EF Core, SQL Server - Web: React + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind single-page app - Auth: Auth0, fronted by an ASP.NET Core backend-for-frontend (cookie session + YARP proxy) - Cloud: Azure SCOPE — WEEK 1: core demo flow and fixes - Review the end-to-end demo flow and identify remaining gaps and bugs - Validate the Admin flow: patient registration, patient information, creating a visit - Validate the Provider/Specialist flow: opening a visit, diagnosis, treatment, SOAP notes - Add a basic invoicing flow: services, standard rates, taxes, invoice generation - Fix patient selection in Scheduling/Appointments (search rather than scrolling) - Investigate why newly created patients are not immediately available in Scheduling - Fix billing so it remains accessible after a visit is finalized - Raise a GitHub issue per identified problem so ownership and progress are tracked SCOPE — WEEK 2: demo preparation and stabilization - Prepare realistic demo data for patients, visits and services - Present a first test demo, then adjust based on feedback - Verify the UI works correctly at standard laptop resolutions - Finalize role-based permissions so each role has appropriate access - Run the full 5-minute demo scenario repeatedly — no crashes or blocking bugs - Provide instructions for running the demo locally, including a Docker-based setup - Conduct the final demo Authentication setup is included: configuring the Auth0 application, wiring it to the frontend, and validating tokens on the backend against issuer, audience and signing keys. TARGET DEMO SCENARIO Login → Patient → Appointment → Visit → Diagnosis/Treatment → SOAP Note → Finalize → Billing The goal for this phase is one clean, reliable end-to-end scenario that runs without interruption — not every planned product feature. OUT OF SCOPE FOR THIS PHASE Patient Portal, Admin Portal, CMS-1500/insurance workflow, production AI transcription, live Titronics scanner integration, online patient payments, analytics/reporting. DATA This phase uses seeded demo data only. No real patient data is involved. If scope changes to include real patient data, that will be agreed separately in writing before any such access is granted. ENGAGEMENT - Hourly contract, billed weekly via Freelancer Time Tracker - Rate: 40 USD/hour - Up to 40 hours per week - Target completion 24 September, outside limit 30 September - Some overlap with US Central time required for real-time collaboration - Access to GitHub repositories, Azure resource group and Auth0 is already provisioned

Hello, The right move here is to keep the .NET 10 clean architecture and React/Vite SPA intact, then harden only the October demo path: Patient → Appointment → Visit → SOAP → Billing. The risky points are patient availability in Scheduling, billing after finalization, and Auth0/BFF role behavior, so I would test those first and open GitHub issues as I go. - ASP.NET Core + EF Core + SQL Server fixes stay scoped to the demo flow. - React + TypeScript screens get search, laptop checks, and blocking-bug fixes. - Auth0, cookie BFF, YARP, and role permissions get validated end to end. - Azure and Docker notes cover repeatable local and hosted demo runs. Which role matrix should be treated as final for Admin, Provider, and Specialist access? I can begin with a repo walkthrough and the first full demo run. Roman

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand the goal is to stabilize the OfficeVector provider portal for your conference demo, ensuring a smooth experience for users. What usually matters most here is achieving reliability under various load conditions while maintaining a seamless user experience. A common issue in systems like this is managing state effectively, especially when integrating .NET 10 with React. The tricky part is usually ensuring that the API interactions are both efficient and secure, allowing for future scalability. My approach would focus on structuring the system to prioritize maintainability and ease of future enhancements. I would implement robust error handling and monitoring to catch issues early, which will save time down the line. My experience with similar .NET and React integrations has taught me the importance of clean API design and thoughtful user role management. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific user roles and permissions are necessary for the portal? Q2 – Are there existing integrations that need special attention or updates? Q3 – What are your expectations regarding scaling as user activity increases? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I’m glad to support the OfficeVector conference demo stabilization. I can work through the complete Login → Patient → Appointment → Visit → Diagnosis/Treatment → SOAP Note → Finalize → Billing journey, addressing the scheduling refresh, billing access, invoicing, role permissions, Auth0 validation, and any blocking issues found during repeated test runs. I’ll keep each issue traceable through GitHub, help prepare realistic seeded demo data, verify standard laptop layouts, and document the local Docker-based setup. A useful improvement would be adding a short automated smoke test for the critical demo path, so regressions are caught before each rehearsal. I’m comfortable collaborating across the .NET, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, Azure, and Auth0 layers, with the required US Central overlap. Thank you! Muhammad

Hi, The hidden trap in stabilizing a .NET 10 and React demo ahead of a hard October deadline is usually silent Auth0 token drift or cookie session drops over YARP during the SOAP notes handoff, which I catch immediately by inspecting backend middleware validation parameters first. I will audit your clean architecture endpoints, fix the patient search lag in scheduling, wire up the basic invoicing flow, and ensure the billing view remains locked and accessible post-visit without breaking the core target scenario. At $34 per hour, delivery will take 1 day to lock down the entire admin-to-billing pipeline and prep the Docker local run instructions. Shall we review the GitHub repository issues together to confirm the first batch of bug fixes?

I’d trace the Login → Patient → Appointment → Visit → Diagnosis/Treatment → SOAP Note → Finalize → Billing path first, while checking why newly created patients miss Scheduling and why Billing disappears after finalization. Within 10 days, I’ll deliver a stable conference-ready build with services, rates, taxes and invoice generation; searchable patient selection; corrected role permissions; realistic seeded demo data; Auth0 issuer, audience and signing-key validation through the .NET BFF/YARP path; GitHub issues for each gap; and Docker-based local run instructions. I’ll validate both Admin and Provider/Specialist workflows at laptop resolutions, repeat the five-minute scenario, and apply feedback from the first test demo within the existing .NET 10, EF Core, SQL Server and React/Vite structure. Should the conference demo use the current Auth0 tenant and seeded dataset, or is a separate demo tenant expected? Muhammad Saad

I understand you need a smooth, reliable end-to-end demo for OfficeVector built on .NET 10 and React, ready for an October conference. My focus will be to quickly identify and fix any gaps in the core user flows—patient registration, visit handling, diagnosis, SOAP notes, and billing—while ensuring the scheduling and billing features work seamlessly. In a past project for a healthcare platform, I resolved similar issues like data sync delays and UI glitches in appointment and billing flows on a React + .NET stack, which allowed the client to confidently demo their app without crashes. For your invoicing flow, I can suggest implementing simple caching or state refresh strategies for newly created patients to show up instantly in scheduling. Also, would you prefer invoices generated on the server or client side for easier demo stability? I will track each issue in GitHub to keep transparency and make the final demo robust and repeatable. Once stabilized, I can help prepare demo data, confirm role permissions, and provide clear local setup steps including Docker usage. Ready to start stabilizing the demo flow and delivering a smooth, presentation-ready build on schedule.

I've worked with ASP.NET Core, React, and Auth0 before, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I'll review the demo flow, fix the patient scheduling bugs, and implement the invoicing flow using EF Core and SQL Server. The React frontend will get search functionality for patients, and I'll seed realistic demo data. I'll also validate role-based permissions, ensure the 5-minute demo scenario runs smoothly, and document the Docker setup. Auth0 integration is already wired, so I'll focus on token validation and backend-for-frontend cookie sessions. I can start immediately. Thanks, Andrii.

Hello, Stabilizing OfficeVector’s conference demo around the complete Login → Patient → Appointment → Visit → Billing journey is a focused, outcome-driven assignment. The priority is a reliable scenario with no blocking defects, rather than expanding every planned feature. I can work across the ASP.NET Core .NET 10 API, EF Core, SQL Server, React/TypeScript frontend, Auth0 BFF flow, and Azure-connected configuration. I would trace the end-to-end workflow, resolve the scheduling, billing, permissions, and invoicing gaps, and document each issue through GitHub. I would also prepare realistic seeded demo data, validate laptop layouts, repeatedly rehearse the five-minute scenario, and provide a Docker-based local setup guide. A useful safeguard would be a small regression checklist covering each role and finalized-visit billing before every demo rehearsal. I’m ready to contribute within the existing architecture and collaboration requirements. Regards, Muhammad

I guess you are looking for a skilled .NET and React developer to stabilize and complete your OfficeVector provider portal for an upcoming conference demo. I'd like you to review my understanding about your job description... You need reliable end-to-end workflows covering patient registration, appointments, visits, diagnosis, treatment, SOAP notes, finalization, and billing. You also need scheduling fixes, realistic demo data, role-based permissions, Auth0 authentication, and a Docker-based local setup. I have been working with ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, EF Core, SQL Server, and Azure before (Relate job). At that time, the biggest problem was stabilizing an existing application without disrupting its working architecture. The client suggested one approach, but as an expert, my way was to identify root causes, fix issues systematically, and validate every workflow through repeated testing. The client said I must be responsible if my approach was wrong, and there would be no money. I was scared, but I believed in my ability and agreed. The project launched successfully, and the client apologized and paid more than the agreed budget. That was a very adventure! I can help deliver a reliable conference demo, document issues through GitHub, and verify the complete five-minute scenario. So I think this is the right fit for me. I look forward to working with you. Best Regards, TOM
