Hello I am Windows Desktop application developer with over 20 years of experience! I have completed a thousands of similar projects on this platform. I am experienced with installing/uninstalling services (it's needed to run utility "As Administrator") also, I am experienced with sending email through SMTP protocol. Perhaps, just one question, is there needed to support secure(SSL/TLS) connection?

Utility Options: -install: Set the service active and enable RDC. -remove: Uninstall the service.
