Crystal Reports to Azure SSRS

I need each one reproduced in SQL Server Reporting Services and published to an SSRS web portal hosted in Azure. The look, layout, fields, parameters, and calculations must match the originals exactly—no functional changes are required. To keep the reports fresh, the Azure SQL Database will be an exact replica of the local database. I want an automated, hourly scheduled synchronization from the on-prem server to Azure so the cloud reports always reflect current data. I am open to the mechanism you prefer—SQL Server Agent jobs with transactional replication, Azure Data Factory pipelines, or another proven method—as long as it is reliable, monitored, and documented. Key deliverables • 50 like-for-like SSRS reports deployed and tested in the Azure web portal • Shared data source(s) and datasets configured for the Azure SQL Database • An hourly scheduled sync process between the local and cloud databases, with error handling and alerting • Deployment scripts, source files (.rdl), and concise documentation so I can rerun or modify the setup later Acceptance criteria The SSRS reports must return identical results to their Crystal counterparts when queried against the same data set, and the synchronization job must run for a full business day without failures or data drift. I will provide VPN access to the on-prem SQL Server, the Crystal .rpt files, and an Azure subscription with an empty SQL Database ready for import.
