Xamarin C# Project to Load Angular Website

We are currently developing a website using Angular on the front-end and Azure as the back-end server. We would like to have a simple Xamarin project created in Visual Studio 2017 that uses an embedded web viewer that loads a URL provided.
The following deliverable's are required:
1. Working [login to view URL] 2017 project using Xamarin and latest web viewer control that will load external URL (Angular site running on Azure).
2. Project can run in debug mode with iPad 6th gen (we have successfully paired our Windows dev systems with separate Mac running XCode, Xamarin etc..).
3. Instructions on how to install the apk file on iOS device for development only (not for store distribution).
