North Goa Real Estate Videography

Over the next three months I need a hands-on videographer–content creator on site in North Goa to keep a new real-estate launch buzzing online and driving qualified enquiries. Primary objective Every piece you shoot or cut must push lead generation. The social posts will live on Instagram and Facebook, so framing, pacing and aspect ratios should feel native to those feeds while still projecting a professional, formal tone that matches the brand’s positioning. Monthly workflow • 3 short, scroll-stopping social-media videos • 2 Meta-ads videos (talking-head or project-focused, built for conversions) • One dedicated shoot day at the project location for fresh footage and basic property photos • Library updates: interior / exterior clips and stills for our editors and sales team • A single drone session during the entire assignment to capture hero aerials File delivery Please supply finished reels in vertical and square formats, 1080p minimum, along with clean masters, edit-ready raw footage, and a small batch of graded JPEG stills after each shoot. Use any professional NLE you prefer (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, etc.) as long as colour accuracy is retained and assets remain royalty-free. Timeline & collaboration The calendar is flexible inside each month, but quick turnarounds (48–72 hours after shooting) keep our ad spend efficient. Good communication and respect for tight approvals are a must. Do a great job and you’ll be first in line for several larger developments already on the horizon, each with wider scopes and bigger creative possibilities.
