Urban Drone Topographic Survey

I need a licensed drone operator with proven photogrammetry skills to capture and process aerial data over an inner-city site. The flight’s objective is pure mapping and planning, so accuracy down to a few centimetres is essential. Scope • Plan and fly the mission, respecting all urban air-space regulations and safety protocols. • Process the imagery in your preferred software (Pix4D, DJI Terra, RealityCapture or similar) and deliver a clean, geo-referenced topographic map ready for CAD/GIS import. • Include all standard metadata, GCP reports and a brief methodology note so my planning team can replicate the accuracy in future phases. Acceptance criteria – Horizontal accuracy ≤ 5 cm, vertical ≤ 8 cm (verified against supplied control points). – Final file in GeoTIFF plus a DXF contours layer. – No data gaps or visual artefacts across the site boundary. Timing is flexible within the next two weeks, but let me know your earliest shoot date and processing turnaround when you bid.
