I have recently achieved planning permission for a new build in Crystal Palace, South East London (SE19).
In granting planning a number of conditions were applied by Croydon Council. Two of the conditions apply to Ecology matters. The first condition is for me to appoint an ecological clerk of works (ECoW) and the second is to have a Biodiversity Enhancement Strategy in place.
If this is a project you feel is suited to your expertise please provide a quote for the works required to discharge the conditions below.
For additional information I attach the original Ecology report submitted with the planning application. This should cover all the background details of the current site.
If you have further questions please contact me on
I look forward to hearing from you.

Reason: To enhance Protected and Priority Species/habitats and allow the LPA to discharge its duties under the s40 of the NERC Act 2006 (Priority habitats & species).
The reason for the proposed condition being a pre-commencement condition are as follows:
The scheme involves works on a site where a number of wildlife species could exist.
