Magento 1.9x Fixes & Tweaks

Need the following fix in Magento. QTY Drop Down Order Success Page Order Email to PDF QTY Drop Down : I've bought this QTY increment extension which works fine but products which are already added the QTY drop down box is showing but there is nothing in the drop down list - Order Success Page: Need to update order success page and have it customize based on my JPG layout , and I have bought a extension called S4 Invoice which print some good designed PDF invoice and that's what I wanted to call when user click on Print Invoice. Order Email When order is processed Magento sends email to customer, and I need a custom order Number without 1000008372, I just want 8372 without that 100000, Plus PDF Invoice to be attached along with that order email which is that S4 Invoice template MUST be send with that ORDER Email, Do Not use Fooman PDF order email as thats conflicting and not sending order emails. PLEASE NOTE DON'T USE ANY SHORT CUTS and I am not interested in knowing what you have done in the past , WHAT I AM MORE INTERESTED in what you can do to fix all the above.
