Improving shopping chart on an odoo12 community edition multi-site running on AWS EC2

We need 2 improvements to the shopping cart:
1. Make optional products quantity always equal to 1 with add to shopping cart
2. Make each product available to more than 1 website (to be chosen from backend) and same for categories
One product is already available with 1 characteristic
