MODIFYING A MICROSOFT ACCESS DATABASE
We would like to have our Microsoft Access file modified to manage the donations. The database file is currently in use but with only some basic functions.
Following are needed functions:
1. Able to ADD/EDIT Donor List
2. ADD Donations (able to select existing Donor, or automatically ADD New Donor when Name NOT found)
3. View/Print Report of Donation Receipt for each New Donation.
4. View/Print Report of Yearly Donations for each Donor (with filter for selected year)
5. View/Print Report of Yearly Donations for ALL Donors.
6. View/Print Report of Up-to-Date Donations for each Donor. (with filter for Donor name)
7. View/Print Report of Up-to-Date Donations for ALL Donors.
8. View/Print Report of Purpose of Usage.
9. View/Export List of Donors with full addresses.
We will provide database file structure for you to work with, and need to have an easy way to import current database when the database file successfully modified.
