Job Title: Academic Counsellor & Telecaller Location: Remote – Work From Home Organization: Dhanvidya Academy Pvt. Ltd. With a strong learner-centric vision, we focus on career transformation through practical mentorship and market-ready training. ⸻ Role Overview We are hiring a dynamic Student Counsellor & Telecaller to drive enrollment growth through high-quality communication and relationship-building. This is a target-focused advisory role with a strong emphasis on lead conversion and seamless student onboarding. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Student Counselling • Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms • Understand goals and suggest suitable financial market programs • Provide clarity on courses, pricing, certifications, and career outcomes • Maintain an active pipeline through consistent follow-ups Telecalling & Lead Conversion • Conduct outbound calling for leads generated from campaigns • Ensure accurate call records and schedule follow-ups • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets • Address queries and drive conversions using strong product knowledge Coordination & Reporting • Maintain daily CRM logs and conversion reports • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for onboarding • Assist in webinars and information sessions ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications • Excellent communication in Hindi and English • Experience in counselling, telecalling, EdTech sales, or customer handling preferred • Strong persuasion and conversion capabilities • Good command of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools • Must have a laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection ⸻ Preferred Attributes • Self-motivated and result-driven • Ability to work independently while meeting targets • Interest in financial markets and education ⸻ Compensation • Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 based on experience and performance • Additional performance-based incentives ⸻ Driving learner success and accelerating career growth in financial markets – together.
