I need to implement 3 (15 min each) elearning courses (WBT) with animated characters, I will do the design with storyboards and I'd need someone who is very professional and skilled at the implementation. More then this I need a 10 min presentation with videoscrible sparkol (we will deliver the storyboard) and one video-powerpoint presentation with storyline/camtasia or other suitable authoring tool Requirements: all WBTs must be in SCORM format, responsive (mobile devices and PCs) and the language will be in Italian I need an offer from you and some sample of your works/skills
