DDS(Function Generator)

I need a DDS of 0.01 Hz - 5 MHz. Generate Sine, Square, Triangle, Pulse, and Saw tooth wave forms. Output Amplitude to max. 24 Vpp. Attenuation up to 60dB. A TTL output is also required. Provisions for vary Duty Cycle and DC [login to view URL] @ 50 Ohm/600 Ohm. Allow to measure external frequency up to 50MHz. AM and FM modulations with Sweep the wave forms. Display: 64*128 GLCD. With all information such as FREQUENCY, AMPLITUDE, ATTENUATION, MODULATION STATUS, SELECTION OF WAVE FORM, DUTY CYCLE, DC OFFSET AND STATUS OF MODULATION. Selection: Rotary encoders and Key dotmatrix. All matrix key should be followed with an LED to show the status. Materials required : Schematic Circuit Diagram, Details of functioning, Bill of Material, PCB design with Gerber file, Source Code, Hex files, and technical assistance till successful development.
