Hi, KINDLY READ THROUGH MY PROPOSAL THIS IS WHAT I WILL DO - Perform full on-site commissioning, testing, and calibration of your Hindustan Hydraulics EPH 450 press. - Verify and fine-tune pressure settings across the entire operating range. - Balance and bleed the hydraulic system, confirm pump performance, cylinder integrity, and flow characteristics. - Thoroughly test every safety system (interlocks, emergency stops, light curtains) to ensure they meet your stipulated response times. - Use my own calibrated gauges, flow meters, and diagnostic tools to log accurate baseline data. - Sign off strictly against your custom acceptance checklist and produce a concise, professional test report containing procedures, raw readings, adjustments made, and final certified settings. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 2025: Commissioned three Hindustan Hydraulics presses (EPH 300 & EPH 450 models) for automotive component manufacturers – full pressure calibration, hydraulic balancing, and safety validation. . QUESTIONS - When is the machine ready for commissioning and what is your preferred date/window? - Location of the plant (city)? - Do you have any specific pressure range, cycle time, or safety response time requirements already defined in your checklist? I am based in NIgeria and can do a remote commisioning and can start as soon as the schedule is confirmed. Please share the checklist and any available drawings when convenient.
