FET SS HV Switch and SS Relay

Job Description:

I need two working circuits, 1) HV Solid State Switch 600vdc 20A FET switch set Normally Open with no power 2) 30vdc 2A FET Solid State Relay circuit needs a Common, NO and NC pins

1) the FET switch is for a CPU to switch a 20A 400VDC PSU

1a) FET Relay is to replacing mechanical relay with a solid state relay

2) the CPU will send a 3-30vdc signal to turn or off the FET switch and the Solid State Relay

3) indicator LED are required (HV Switch should on, The Relay LED indicates what side is on.

4) require BOM with parts from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]

5) all parts to SMD parts

6) input connectors 3-30vdc on will be shown as a 2 pin header on schematic

7) HV Switch 400vdc will be shown as a 2 pin header and the SS Relay to be shown as 3 pin header on schematic

8) tobe done on OrCad
