stm32 can bus hardware debugging

I need someone very experienced with STM32 and with can bus and can debug easily hardware problems in order to solve my problem

to briefly explain the problem.I have two versions of a PCB which I designed [login to view URL] first version sends can bus frames without a problem using a simple can bus send [login to view URL] second version though fails to send can bus frames and stops after 16 loops.

the second version is not very different from the first one only some minor differences

I need to fix the problem quickly this is an urgent job
