Telecom Engineer who prepares an end to end check list for IBS site Audit

I am looking for an experienced Telecom Engineer who can prepare an end to end checklist for an IBS site audit. This checklist must ensure compliance to industry standards, provide detailed analysis with recommendations for improvement, and be delivered in Excel spreadsheet format. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and experienced in the area of IBS site auditing and telecom engineering. The project requires a strategic approach to developing the checklist and attention to detail in formatting the Excel spreadsheet.
The Targeted scope of the checklist shall include a complete review of the site , assessment checklist for all domains satring from telcom room, Power System Load analysis, Batteries and UPS Assessment ,Consumption Analysis, Back hauling, and DAS System, in General the below was identified from my side and need to be enriched:
a. Schedule of Equipment verification/update including Manufacturer, Model, and frequency support range if possible
b. Develop/verify plan drawings for equipment layouts in communications rooms
c. Elevations: Develop/Verify scaled drawings for elevations of all equipment layouts in communications rooms, equipment racks, and panels
Electrical + Fire Suppression:
a. Verify Power Connection and provide/verify SLD for Electrical Wiring
b. Confirm type of Power agreement with landlord and Meter location if any
c. provide all HVAC details including air-conditioning detail if any
d. Verify/provide all fire suppression equipment details for Telecom room and attached Main Communications rooms.
e. Provide/Update Bill of Quantity for Electrical connection & Fire Suppression
f. Check/Verify UPS system if any
Backhauling:
a. Provide/Update Bill of Quantity for backhauling whether it is Fiber or MW
b. Provide rack details for patch panel + photos
c. SLD & floor plan for Fiber/MW connectivity on Site
d. Quick Quality Check for Installation and highlight any critical issues in Backhauling/ system
Distributed Antenna System (DAS):
e. Verify/Update/Develop Bill of Quantity for Antennas and Components
f. Verify/Update/Develop site floor plans with antennas and component locations
g. Quick Quality Check for Installation and highlight any critical issues in DAS system
h. Antennas and Components basic details such as Antenna type, Manufacturer, Model, and frequency support range if possible
i. Speed Test will be conducted on spot for different locations at site (min. 5 different locations and floors)
, Telecom equipment,
