Understand and explain a small ladder logic diagram for a cable car

I've been upgrading my home cable car and have recently come across the PLC logic ladder code. This uses an Allan Bradley logix 1000 and has about 10 subroutines with some having as many as 7 or 8 rungs.
There is an explanation at the beginning of the PDF which details the working at a higher level. This describes how the cable car is built and should operate.
I'm looking for someone who is excellent in English communication to walk me through each of the subroutines so I can better understand each of them in more detail. I have basic ladder logic but assume for the sake of the exercise I have none. I have an IT background and limited electrical knowledge. I am very familiar with the Cable car as I have been repairing it over the last year.
The intention is to map out each of the subroutines in a simple manner so that we can analyse them and understand the mechanics behind the cable car. If necessary I can send the RSLogix file for the cable car.
