We are looking for a consultant/developer for assist us in a VMS remote controlling for a VMS by using chinese control boards. We have: - A GPRS to serial transceiver - Led panels (16x32 pixels) - Possibility of buying the suggested control boards Examples of control boards to use are in the link: [login to view URL] Example of the LED cluster to use is: [login to view URL],searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_ The aim is to allow integration of these Matrix/Boards with our server, so we need to understand the programming protocol, the basic idea is in the attached file
