Fill out forms (as a team) -- 2

I am seeking for a team to fill out forms on a certain website. This website rates facilities by its users. I will pay 1500 Euro per Order. I am seeking a trustfull team with wich I can work constantly. Aim is allways to achiev the result which is required from our client. So its all about to filling out forms in order to rise the rating of certain facilities. İts a german site. So you should be able to hide your ip. Sometimes a proof is required that you have been actually in the facility but I ques not allways. Picture can be found on the internett.
