help with electronic component

I am looking for someone highly proficient with electronics - PCB design, MCUs, EEPROM memory chips, etc.
Looking to make some modifications to one of our company's products' boards but I don't have the proper know-how yet. So I must pick a MCU, I have an idea of what I'm looking for but need to consult with someone having more experience.
Please speak english fluently, be available over the phone and/or skype and have GREAT experience designing electronics. I don't mind paying a high rate but you must know your stuff VERY WELL.
What I am looking for in terms of a MCU:
1) EEPROM 8kb
if there are no MCUs because of this then the chip MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE TO ITS PROGRAM FLASH inside the application and NOT ONLY VIA system pin. This is a MUST!!!!! I can't stress enough how important this is, so again: chip must have read/write capability to 8kb flash/EEPROM.
Page size must be small enough not to exhaust RAM when writing to sectors/blocks which are not 100% filled.
2) RAM 8kb or more
3) Flash 24kb to 32kb
4) Clock: 1Mhz to 50Mhz
5) Power: 5V +/- 0.5% at under 150mA peak
6) 2 (two) programmable GPIO pins
7) SMALL form factor, max. 10x10 mm height x width and max 0.7 height including any leads/connectors. This is also very important.
8) in relation to 7, BGA chips are NOT preferred and QFN are preferred.

Please submit your MCU suggestions. The bidder who submits the best match and has relevant experience working with said MCU will get a contract for PCB design, prototyping, possibly long term sourcing, and also possibly the software.
