Switching frequency 20 kHz
Load 20 W … 150 W
The design should take into account non-ideal effects such as non-zero ON saturation voltage of the transistor and non-zero ON voltage drop across the diode. You should select appropriate components from the LTSpice library or you can find devices and spice models which you select to be appropriate. Be prepared to justify your choice. Do not use ideal switches in the final design.
The design does not include the controller, so you should just calculate the required duty cycles for the converters. Use as small as possible values of the transfer sources which still ensure that the output voltage meets the design criteria and the converters operate safely in continuous mode. The report should include:
Detailed analysis and design of the converters
Calculations of the efficiency of the converters
LTSpice analysis results
